Debbie Fulthorp

Debbie Fulthorp, D.Min.
Assistant Professor
Dr. Fulthorp is an Associate Professor at Grand Canyon University’s College of Theology and full-time online faculty member. She taught as an adjunct at SUM Bible College and Theological Seminary, Northpoint Bible College, and Nelson University. She serves on the College of Theology’s Diversity Committee, Advisory Council, and GCU’s Research Funding Advisory Board. She is currently Co-Chair of the Women’s Caucus of the American Academy of Religion-Society of Biblical Literature. Also, her partnership with the Wiki Women in Religion team, works toward uncovering religious women’s stories who have been marginalized or forgotten to history. She has published chapters in two volumes of Atla’s Women in Religion series and a 3rd Volume of the monograph with the Parliament of the World’s Religions. She also completed a D.Min. in Leadership at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Called into ministry at the age of 15, she has since traveled to over 28 countries. She and her husband also co-pastored together in the beautiful Grand Canyon National Park. She loves spending time with her husband and their three beautiful children.
