Dr. Rasor is originally from Indiana where he ministered for more than 15 years. He received his degrees (Th.M. and Ph.D.) from Cincinnati Christian University and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (Louisville, KY). He currently resides in Surprise, AZ with his wife and four daughters.
