Christian Wilder, D.Min., Ph.D.

Christian Wilder grew up in Spokane, Washington but spent most winter weekends in British Columbia playing hockey. After high school, he attended Multnomah Bible College (now Multnomah University) where he received a degree in Biblical Studies (1997), Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary (now Gateway Seminary) where he received his M.Div. (1999) and Ph.D. (2017), and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary for his D.Min. studies (2007). He has had the opportunity to teach in Gateway Seminary’s Leadership Development Program and as an adjunct professor at Indian Bible College in Flagstaff, Arizona before taking a full-time position at GCU. Finally, he has been blessed to be married to Susan Wilder for close to twenty-five years.
